Production
More than 120,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, covering dry blending and packaging, cereal production, and value-added liquid filling. Dry product runs in foodservice bulk packs and multi-unit cases; liquids run in gallon and multi-gallon configurations.
Custom formulation and private label
We match existing products and develop new ones. That usually starts with a sample of what you buy today or a target spec, moves through bench work and a submitted sample, and ends in a production run once the formulation is approved. We also pack under customer labels.

Certifications and documentation
- Orthodox Union Kosher certification across our production lines
- Halal certification by Etimad Halal
- Certified Vegan items through Vegan Action (vegan.org) — qualifying products carry the mark
- Independent facility audit by Mérieux NutriSciences (formerly Silliker), conducted annually
- USDA grading available on request for programs that require it
- Spec sheets, certificates of analysis, allergen statements, and continuing guarantees supplied for vendor files
Distribution
We ship direct from our Cleveland dock throughout the continental United States, in truckload and less-than-truckload quantities. Delivered pricing is available, and our on-time delivery rate is 99%.
Beyond our own production, we stock distributed staples — pasta, sugar, hot cereals, and more — and any order can combine manufactured and distributed items on the same load. One supplier, one truck, a full load.
Who we supply
Foodservice directors and operators in the institutional market, including K-12 and higher education, healthcare, and corrections. Distributors and broadliners. Commercial and retail bakeries, from large-scale production to independent shops.
Getting started
For a quote we need the item or target formulation, pack, estimated annual volume, and ship-to location. For custom work, a sample of the current product helps more than a description.
