What we collect, and what we do with it.
The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you send us an enquiry, sets no cookies, and we never sell or share what you send.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and carry on the business conversation that follows — quotes, spec sheets, custom formulation, ordering. That is the whole list. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and delivered to our company email, which runs on Microsoft 365. Those two providers store the information as part of operating those services for us. No other third party receives it, unless the law requires us to disclose it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the standard technical details of that request (such as your IP address), the same as for any file your browser loads.
Your choices
If you would like to see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us, call (216) 622-2740 or use the contact form and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is for foodservice and commercial buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
